Phase I - Feasibility Study

This first phase of programming begins with a feasibility study, needs assessment, and employee interest surveys. This step provides a broad view of the potential cost effectiveness of The Industrial Athlete program within your company. Recommendations are made and the client determines whether to continue with the next phase. TIA acts as project manager through the space renovation/construction and equipment installation phase (Phase Five).
Phase II - Ergonomic Assessment

Phase two involves the evaluation of working conditions and/or environment that might be contributing to job-related injuries. Recommendations are then made to resolve these issues, and potential cost savings are re-evaluated. The client determines whether to continue to the next phase.
Phase III – Company Decision

During phase three, the client reviews the data and recommendations that TIA has presented and determines whether they want to proceed to the next level. TIA continues to serve as project design/management/consultant.
Phase IV - Program and Facility Planning Design

During phase four, space, equipment, programming requirements and related costs are determined. An employee steering committee is selected. Facility design and equipment layouts are developed. A final pro forma document is developed to present to the client, projecting the company’s potential return on investment. Policies and procedures are developed that pertain to program participation, entry, record keeping, confidentiality and evaluation. A promotional plan is developed to be launched immediately after the determination is made to proceed with the program. Goals and objectives are established by the steering committee.
Phase V – Space Renovation/Equipment Installation

TIA continues to serve as project design/management/consultant function during this phase of building renovation/construction and equipment installation.
